Paul Binski's book Gothic Wonder: Art, Artifice and the Decorated Style 1290-1350 has won the Historians of British Art Prize for 2014 for a book dealing with a subject before 1800.  The book was chosen from a nominating list of over eighty books from more than twenty different presses.  Gothic Wonder was also shortlisted for the 2015 William M B Berger Prize and was a finalist for the 2016 College Art Association Charles Rufus Morey Book Award. The Department would like to congratulate him on this achievement.
